Has anybody tried the Cre Recombinase Gesicles Protocol on mouse T lymphocytes?

I will isolate mouse naive T cells and, prior to activation, I would like to KO a doubled floxed gene. Has anyone ever tried this, in T cells or in another suspension primary culture cells?
