I would like to know too, I have found reduced SERCA activity in my mouse models and was planning to try disulfiram on them but your experience makes me reconsider that. 

 I see your post it almost one year old, have you figured out a good activator ? 

Hi Rizwan, I actually have not tryed disulfiram. I rather decided to overexpress Serca to avoid side effects! But if it works for you please let me know your experience.

Thanks dear Amado, I havent found much literature about disulfiram effects on SERCA except a 1996 paper, but am still going for it and will keep you posted. 

I have the weekend to think about other possible modulations too. 

How was your experience with serca overexpression.
