Techniques to view slices that undergone IHC using Zeiss Programme?

Hello,

Does anyone know, have any tips on (the settings) to view Immunohistochemistry mice brain slices for anti -rabbit TFeb and Notch w/ DAB staining? Any insights on which settings you use when using the Zeiss Imaging confocal programme would be great :).
