Is there any protocol about MTT assay for human mature adipocytes ?

Most of the MTT assay protocol are for preadipocytes or cell lines, not isolated human mature adipocytes .I am looking for Suitable plate, Seeding cell number, suitable stop reagent, incubation time, etc. for MTT assay of mature adipocytes. Thank you so much.
