Hello, how can I establish a bond (amine and carboxylic group) between PLGA and PEG as a drug carrier? What is the problem with my work? please guide me
The mixture containing
PEG, 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP), and succinic anhydride (1:0.1:2, molar ratio). The solution was stirred for 24 hours at (RT). After that, the solvent was removed using a rotary evaporator and then the crude product was purified
using recrystallization in isopropyl alcohol and collected with vacuum filtration. the product was then synthesized by a standard EDC, NHS, and DMAP-mediated chemistry.
(0.6:0.12:1.5:1.5, molar ratio) and stirred for 2 hours at RT to activate the
carboxylic groups of the product. Then activated PLGA were dissolved in anhydrous
dichloromethane was then added dropwise into the reaction
mixture. After being continuously stirred for 48 hours, then
the resulting solution was dried.
