By In vitro differentiation methods, ES cells can be differentiated into neuronal cells. But I am looking for an in vitro method to establish oxytocin producing neurons (specifically) from neural stem cells.
Kindly share some literature!

I don’t think that this would be possible because cells there are different cell types that produce oxytocin, and a subset of cells that produce oxytocin as well as other neuropeptides. Unless you have a transgenic mouse with labeled oxytocin-producing cells, I don’t think you can get a population of cells that can be differentiated into only oxytocin producing neurons.
