Not the radiative heat transfer (Q=sigma*A*e(Ta^4 - Tb^4)) equation.

In other words, can we directly conclude, for a given emissivity this will be your temperature?

Like the Infra Red thermometers do. For the same surface temperature, IR Thermometer reads different temperature at different emissivity value. Do we have an equation for this?

Correct me if I'm wrong, is it called Emissivity correction factor? I have a cast iron material, at 0.21 emissivity value it read 1411F but the actual temperature was below 900F. At 0.41 value it read 1432F which is acceptable. Do we just have an equation to do this correction?
