I am working on Huh7 cells to study the migration rate in the presence of ATP. But I didn't find any significant difference. I ahve gone through a study similar to what i am doing with huh7 cell but with different cells HepG2. Both cell lines are being studied for Hepatocellularcarcinoma.

if you want to know the difference in cell migration between HepG2 and Huh7 cells, I would recommend using live microscopy. This will allow you to quantify the migration speed, directionality & persistence, as well as to visualize the morphology of the cells.
I do not know if you will find a difference with ATP-exposure. If there is any response, live imaging and single cell analysis will show a change in population dynamics. I can also imagine that migration is unaffected and cells use the excess ATP for other purposes.

It is very important to known the differences on p53 expresion in the different HCC cell lines. In this way, HepG2 cells carry wild-type p53, whereas Hep3B and Huh7 cells have null and point mutations at p53 codon 220 respectively. However, it is not clear that p53 regulates some key metastatic processes such as cell migration and invasion.
A paper of Wang et al (2013) has indicated that p53 could play an important role on metastasis of HCC cells via its regulation on beta-catenin signaling (see link).
Moreover, in ovary p53 has been implicated in cell motility and invasion by dual regulation of MET expression (see Hwang et al, 2011).
Finally, you can read the review of Muller et al (2011). This paper indicates, in tumor cells, that expression of mutant p53 is not equivalent of p53 loss, and mutant p53s can acquire new functions driving cell migration, invasion, and metastasis, at least in part by interfering with p63 function.
