Secreted luciferase may be just what you need. Gaussia princeps luciferase (Gluc) is an incredibly sensitive reporter (orders of magnitude better than any other luciferase that I have used, although there are several newly available genes now that I have yet to try) and the substrate is inexpensive and the assay easy to perform. The attached manuscript measured it in blood, and with much less sensitivity, even in urine.

Alternatively, if you need to visualize where it is expressed, you may be able to use non-secreted luciferase and inject the mouse with the substrate D-luciferin. This is a very common procedure for imaging tumors. It requires appropriate imaging equipment however.
