I am working on a truncated TrkB receptor, TrkB.T1. Now, I need to increase or inhibit its activity in cultured neurons. Do you guys know any good agonist or activator for TrkB.T1? Or, on the other hand, any antagonist or blocker for TrkB.T1?
Or, is there any commercial plasmid or cDNA that can be transfected to over-express TrkB.T1? And of course, any commercial way to do the RNAi? Previous studies seems to make the plasmid themselves, which we can not do by ourselves currently.

There is a neurotrophic tyrosine kinase, receptor, type 2 from Addgene. But it is not a truncated one. The ORF has no Stop codon. This design enables easy recombination into a destination vector to add an epitope tag of choice and Stop codon to the ORF.
7,8-dihydroxyflavone is a selective agonist for TrkB receptor. Attached is the related paper.
