I dont have kit but rather have the antibodies and OPD to detect my samples. But problem does arise based on the standard samples. Any possible outcome apart from kit based assay. Yes making recombinant protein is quite a solution but would like to know any possibilities of an analogous protein for TGFB1 standard assay

You can buy the recombinant protein from R&D systems and its quite cheap.

You have only antibody and OPD. Then you require coating antigen and recombination standard protein. This is available with RD. But they are supplying along with the Kit. Separately sailing of only protein is doubtful. 2nd option any body using the kit may have left over monoclonal and standard protein. They are providing little more than the required quantity
