I´ve been using pHrodo Green E. coli BioParticles Phagocytosis Kit for Flow Cytometry, but recently I ran out of Buffer A, nevertheless, I still have enough Buffer B and C to run some more experiments, so I was wondering if there is an option to continue using my kit by buying Buffer A, or replacing it with another lysing buffer that works the same way?

When faced with similar problems in the past, if the kit has been patented, then you can have a look at the patent and replicate the buffer as the composition should be detailed.
