Is there an option to get more Buffer A when using pHrodo BioParticles Phagocytosis for Flow Cytometry? Or another lysing buffer can be used instead?

I´ve been using pHrodo Green E. coli BioParticles Phagocytosis Kit for Flow Cytometry, but recently I ran out of Buffer A, nevertheless, I still have enough Buffer B and C to run some more...
