I am looking for a (possibly cancer) cell line, that for proliferation depends on VEGFR2. Either a line that has activating mutations or depends on VEGF addition to the media. I want to use it as a tool for testing specific VEGFR2 inhibitors, so addition of the inhibitor should inhibit proliferation or kill the cells.

Sorry, I didn't specify -this has to work in vitro - i want to run simple proliferation assays.
@Fabian: Thanks for the links. Unfortunately, it's not exactly what I'm looking for. 1st is in vivo and with these cell lines VEGFR2 inhibition won't work in vitro. 2nd states that there is not effect on proliferation. The 3rd I found before but didn't find it all too convincing. However, maybe the DAOY cell line might work.
Has anyone ever worked with DOAY or other cell lines that are VEGFR2 dependent (proliferation) in vitro?
HUVEC cells need to be fed some VEGF in order to proliferate and survive correctly. Guys at my lab use such cells for proliferation and survival assays in vitro in order to probe the bioactivity of VEGF and derivatives.
