Our about 8 year old FACS, Beckmann Coulter FC500, has now a broken flow cell (literally) and we decided against a repair but to buy a new machine.
Is anyone aware of a company (preferably Germany or Europe) who would be interested in acquiring this machine for salvaging parts, or repairing and reselling?
Or would your lab be interested in getting it for parts. Everything except the flow cell works. Red and purple laser. Windows 7 Machine included. Situated in Essen, Germany.
I googled already for companies that sell used Lab machines. The ones I picked were not interested for different reasons. That's why i put the question here to see whether someone had experience with that kind, or a broken machine, of wants the spares.
