I am sorry that I cannot tell exactly the name of compound which up-regulates IGF-1, but you have to bear in mid that constitutive or even transiently hyperactive IGF-1-IGF-1-R-mediated signal induces the senescence or cell cycle arrest in a paradoxical manner (Shimizu T et al.
