Is there a Guidelines for the Euthanasia of Animals in Libya ?

If am proceeding an experiment and I want to follow the Euthanasia of Lab Animals after finishing my experiment. Is there a Libyan guideline for that or I should follow the AVMA Guideline or NIH ?
