If am proceeding an experiment and I want to follow the Euthanasia of Lab Animals after finishing my experiment. Is there a Libyan guideline for that or I should follow the AVMA Guideline or NIH ?

How could i explain the EC50 data utilized by graph Pad prism 9 ?

I measured the FARP antioxidant activity of plant extract than i used graph pad prism 9 to calculate the EC50, now i am not sure how to describe these data as i got the logECF and ECF .
