Is the rainfall data for India at daily frequency available for free to download? Is there any site to get sediment discharge data for Indian river?

I am not connected with the server of NASA to access. I need the daily rainfall data for India from 1998-2019. To build a sediment discharge model and also for Flood inundation model for a River basin these data are needed here.
