If the strain name is correct then your NS1 should be pretty closely related to other H3N2 human isolates from the late 60s/early 70s and not too dissimilar to any other seasonal human NS1 for that matter.  Is it the mouse adapted strain described in Ramisse et al 1998?

I agree that there's nothing on the ISD with that name but you could try searching GISAID - the databases aren't identical.

Otherwise if you can't get the sequence from the Pasteur in Paris (try Nadia Naffakh) then I suggest you amplify it up with Uni12 primers or similar and sequence it yourself.
