I am unable to find a source containing all subtypes of dyslexia ("Double Deficit Dyslexia," "Surface Dyslexia", "Rapid Naming Deficit"...) in a single article to use as a reference for my master's research."
I found these two articles that cite two different and unreliable references, which is why I can't arrive at a clear answer:
