Hi there...

By Similar kind of effect i meant an increase in cell length post overexpression of a negative regulator of mitosis in wt S.pombe cells where increase in the cell length implies delay in cell cycle, however i cant see the same effect in a ts mutant in permissible temperature ,thought it would behave like wt cells. Its a overexpression based experiment.
