Hello all, Im Ajinkya. Doing analysis of High velocity bullet on plate made of 3 different materials from 10m distance. In which software it will be good for analysis ANSYS or LSDYNA or ABAQUS?
Ajinkya Ramesh Mane I think we cannot answer the question without having the exact problem, however, you can try the flexural stiffness matrix which depends mainly on Young's modulus and the mechanical ( Poisson's ratio ) and also considering the geometrical properties of the structure. Also, I see that the problem does not depend on the type of element used but on the properties of the structure? If this is the case then consider the properties of the structure.
