Hi all, I have been trying to isolate rat adipose stem cells for some time. According to my flow cytometry results cells are posivite for CD90 (%91) , CD29 (%89) and negative for CD11/bc(%2) , CD34 (%0) and CD45 (%4). Unfortunately a supposed posivite marker, CD105 is also missinig in my cell population. As i read CD105 might decline in later passages but i had the same result in earlier passages too. (passage 3 and 5 tested)

Can I call this population "stem cell" without CD105?
