Is anyone familiar with distribution of miRNA agomir/antagomir after local hypodermic injection?

Hi all, I want to multi-injection the agomir/antagomir of miRNA in mouse. However, the tail vein has been terrible destroy. Does any document show the local hypodermic injection (OR intraperitoneal injection) of agomir/antagomir could distribute to the organs like liver, kidney and heart like vein injection does?

Since miRs injected at the vein tend to accumulate in the liver, I would suggest that it's maybe happening the same. But it's only a guess, sorry.

U can also inject retro-orbital, we do so and works quite well.
