If I use the buffer without dilution, would it kill the cells?

Hello,

I think probably yes (harmful for cells), the composition of Annexin V 10x is:

0.1M Hepes (pH 7.4), 1.4M NaCl, and 25 mM CaCl2

But also depending on cell types (Bacteria, specialised eukaryotic cells/tissue, animal/plant cells, etc.)

Why do not dilute to working concentration (1x)?
