Number of ligands are reported which interact with the surface/side of amyloid beta fibril (PDB ID 2BEG). But I am looking for ligand which went inside the amyloid fibril and interacted with the amyloid fibril. I found one example as a Morin ref.: (http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/bi1000855). I am looking for more examples that go inside the amyloid fibril structure. (In between the two parallel strand.)
