I've read the minimum requirement for the journal to get into an evaluation process. But, unlike PubMed or DOAJ that states the minimum number of articles published, there is no such information for the ISI indexing. Also the minimum time requirement, for instance, Scopus with its 2-years minimum before applying for the evaluation. So, what would be the case of ISI (WoS)? What is the minimum number of articles published? What is the minimum time of the journal establishment required before applying for the inclusion evaluation?
