Hello,

I am trying to increase penetration of my LC3B antibody on 30um brain tissue cryosections. I currently use 10% NGS and 0.1% TX-100 for blocking and then 2% NGS and 0.3% TX-100 for primary antibodies. I have also tried 5% NGS and 0.4% TX-100 for blocking and primary antibody staining.

Currently, I only get about 15um of penetration, but I need to increase this to at least 20 to 25um.
