You can see under an ordinary light microscope that a DNA polymer is nearly a macroscopic object. But in a strict quantal sense can we expect quasiclassical behaviour, i.e., describability by a reduced density matrix, resembling closely a measured system? So is it a self-measured system, produced by chemical evolution? If so, might it be the very reason of the endophysics-exophysics transition, so the coming about of a measurer observed World? And if even so yes, what physical variable of the underlying Galilei group suffered symmetry breaking? Could it be Universal Evolutional time? So is life ruled by time asymmetry, characteristic of "continous measurements" inside the system?
