You can get the BV or EBV through estimate heritability across generations and calculate the selection differential to estimate the response of selection. this response represent the EBV. Or if you have the pedigree information you can use any program that predict the sire model or BLUP animal model.
Some of those free charge for scientific community such Wombat-REML, VCE5 and another else or with charge such AS-Reml and Pest . These programs provides the variance component and BLUP-BV of all animal in the herd or if you wish to estimate the Sire BV only.
