Otherwise they would have received their first impact factor, since 2023 is the first year that ESCI indexed journals (besides Clarivate's SCIE and SSCI indexing) receive an impact factor. No Journal of Pharmaceutical Research International exists. The Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research has a 0.106 impact factor for 2022-2023.

Be careful with the “Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research” you mentioned, this is/was(?) a journal with issues and is discontinued in Scopus since 2020 https://www.scopus.com/sourceid/21100881509 The impact factor is false and originates from the following dubious website https://academic-accelerator.com/Impact-of-Journal/Journal-of-International-Pharmaceutical-Research It is false since the journal is not indexed in one of Clarivate’s indexes (ESCI, SCIE or SSCI). The China/Asia On Demand (CAOD) site (https://caod.oriprobe.com/index.htm) uses the name “International Journal of Pharmaceutical Research” with ISSN 1674-0440. A real Chinese subscription-based journal https://caod.oriprobe.com/journals/gwyx-yxfc/INTERNATIONAL_JOURNAL_OF_PHARMACEUTICAL_RESEARCH.htm

However, the ISSN nr. 1674-0440 uses “Guoji yaoxue yanjiu zazhi” https://portal.issn.org/resource/ISSN/1674-0440 and is linked to the same Chinese subscription-based journal but now uses the name “Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research”
