Are you asking about other CD45+ cells in your sample? Or could you’re EPC's also express CD45?

CD45 is a marker expressed and shared by all Immune cells so of course you might find lots of positive cells in your sample.

I don’t know about EPC's, but since they are not of the hematopoietic lineage, it would be pretty interesting if they do express it.

Just add anti-CD45 to your flow panel and run your sample. And you'll find the answer to your question.
