Hello,

I am attempting immunofluorescence of a membrane-bound, phosphorylated protein. I typically use PBS in my blocking buffer. I also use PBS and PBST to wash. I have been largely unsuccessful in detecting the phospho-protein. Shall I switch to TBS as my buffer? Will the phosphate in the PBS affect the phosphorylation status of the protein?

Thank you!
