Nothing. Social systems evolution is a historical result of complex human interactions. However, one step in the right direction is better then speedy top-down-commands. My political proposal would be to work bottom-up, from the level of shared community values, to change from voting to bargaining, creating a win/win foundation. Such a turn in practical political economy will, at least, require one decade of applying free human thought, will and association (the Kantian imperative).

I shall propose a new representation of people draft as per the present requirements of my country and in the revised draft judicial custody or under investigation by police of any citizen shall be disqualification in election of Parliament. Rumours of corruption surface from time to time, but I know directly a case of corruption in one government department. All I have to do is place the individuals in question on probation and start a judicial inquiry to prove their guilt or innocence. We are dealing with cases that have been reported in the news, but nothing ever happened to those implicated. Within government circles, one is hiding behind the other for protection, so to speak.

Like many academics I tend to view the world as immensely complex and fear that any action of mine could simply have equally bad affects as well as good. There is no or little genuine corruption in the UK where I used to live, so simple expedient tasks of improvement are not possible. I was also in politics and actually found my idealistic and innovatory tendencies were not simply resisted, but not understood. It was an uphill climb to alter even the most innocuous perspectives. Honestly it was only local level politics, I didn't like my colleagues, the issues involved were not paramount and I had other and better things to do.

@Dr Isam Issa Omran a functional government may achieve better with introduction of a friendly policy which I think could be achievable withing 24 hour. Some acts from legislative arm are there waiting for approval of the president, think 24 may be enough to endorse that. The time may be too short but the level of achievement will depend on the system of government in place and the level of development in the state.

I would try to provide job opportunities for all people, according to their knowledge, skills, abilities...

Good question. According to the real World up to date nothing can be achieved within 24 hours as the corrupt persons here in Iraq my Country have dominated and their number (in the Council of Ministers and the Parliament) became more than the honest persons, which will complicate the problems.

I will increase our budget for scientific research by four times and give them more freedom to search for what they like and talk to who they want.

This is another hypothetical question. But if I am given such a chance, I will put all corrupted politicians in jail and devoted more than 30% percent of the budget to research and development of the system of education in my country. Those who work in the educational institutions will get three times the salary given to them.

If I become president, I will work hard to make the world's best education system.

I live in the country with different systems of education, health, finance, regulations, etc., and the only goal is a unique system across the country.

Push tax reforms on monopolies in my country to help small and medium businesses thrive. I will create foreign investment policies easier in education and scientific research, and encourage companies to set up R & D centers ... which opens the way for repressed talent. I want to create open market policies, drive innovation and innovators, allowing them access to the right tools. I would like to put in place measures that have stopped corruption and helped save initiatives from collapse because of lack of funding. But above all, through a large-scale national campaign with all private, public and social hands on the surface, I will work ceaselessly to reduce the illiteracy rate by at least 48 per cent by half before we hope to see other changes emerge.

Take care of the education sector of the economy. Fight hunger through popularizing agriculture among the citizen.

Combating intolerance and extremism in all its forms.
