If the secretory recombinant protein contains additional "Kex2" site, will it be truncated when cleaving its signal peptide in Pichia pastori?

When expressing the secretory target protein in Pichia pastoris, the signal peptide of recombinant protein will be cleaved. My target protein contains additional "Kex2" site, I am not so sure whether target protein will be cleaved at "Kex2" site like that of the signal peptide?
