The key thing here is the buffer composition of the sample. The gel pattern is suggestive of extremely high salt concentration, though other causes are possible. It is clear that you have a pure protein and you are loading far too much material. 1ul, or 2ul at most is needed, and this will naturally reduce the salt conc or conc of other interfering substances. Add 1ul + 9ul water + 10ul sample buffer, and boil as usual.
