I need to know the genus of phytoplankton?

In the photo we can see two objects, a larger one that I consider to be Microcystys wersenbergii and another smaller one that I can't know what it is, but if we look closely, it looks like it is releasing something.

It's a Vorticella infusoria. They are often attached to planktonic cyanobacteria.
