if you want to perform metagenomic analysis then i have add a method attached that might be very helpful.
otherwise, you can use Whatman filter (16µm pore size) followed by PTFE Filters, 2.0 µm, 37 mm to collect only bacteria and remove bigger particles.
then culture on LB agar plates with serial dilution and identify different bacteria through gram staining ana then 16srRNA sequencing for identification of bacteria. it will require universal 16srRNA primers to run pcr. and then blast to identify your strain.
