There is a jump in the expected Ct change when I go from dilution 10^6 to 10^5. When I prepare my standard curve, the most diluted standards have a difference of around 3 cycles, that would be the expected difference when doing 1/10 dilutions. However, I observe a jump in the Cts to around 5 Cts of difference between dilutions in the following points (after 10^6 until 10^2). How this can be fixed? Thank you.
