Is your goal to quantify a metabolite, or purify it?

Why did you choose that particular column?

- No i don't know.

- Yes quantify a metabolite, I will purify it later, if I find something special.

- I took the protocol that I working on it from a research paper and they mentioned it and worked on it, but didn't explain it.
