Nature often shows cruel traits with bad consquences for man. And humans don't take into account beauty of nature if they can overcome by using and deleting natural ressources. But the aesthetic view is a higher trait of being a human.
In order to explain the beauty of nature, first I have to learn to feel it and perceive it in all its magnitude and with all my senses. Once the task has been learned, I deepened my feelings, ideas and thoughts in a conscious way in the primary perception and later in the secondary perception through reflection.
Once the above is done, then I will express that beauty through all my abilities, aptitudes and expertise; that is, through music (for example, symphony of stations); or by means of painting (realistic or sub-realistic landscape); or modeling in some material (clay, wood, onyx, marble, iron) part of the natural beauty.
If I do not have any of the above qualities, then I will translate it into ideas and thoughts with images and text; either a poem as a hymn to nature, or an essay on the pleasure of looking at and admiring nature when I am immersed in it and perceiving it with all my senses, and accompanying the text with photographs or videos of what I feel and am expressing.
Are the two photos reproduced here what is genuinely perceived or enhanced, adding an extra problem surely to the appreciation of nature? Do we love nature's beauty or our conception of it? Human beings have cultivated nature through art works and now digitally enhanced photographically-so what is really being admired?
Dear Dr. Rai Waqas Azfar Khan , it is an interesting issue.
Just a reminder that the opposite of natural is artificial i.e. made by humans.
If a human had all the time in the world to create something beautiful. Infinite patience. Unlimited resources. Imagination. Well, it would be very beautiful.
Nature just goes on forever. Non-stop variety. (Consider the elements of art: line, shape, color, texture, etc.) Symmetry is impressive.
Consider nature’s use of scale alone. The Grand Canyon. The sky. Uh, the universe…
We are from nature. We are nature defining itself as beautiful. We created the word beauty. We don’t call nature beautiful because it looks like our paintings. Rather our paintings look beautiful to us because they resemble nature in some impressive way: unexpected color combinations, graceful configurations, pattern…
Do not discount that old adage of “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” so beauty of nature would have to include everything any individual considers the beauty of nature for each individual, but nature usually is interpreted as anything not made by man. Recall someone asking about “natural beauty”, which to me means the difference between someone who is beautiful without makeup and someone who needs the help of a lot of make up and a make up artist which are are used to make actors and actresses look much more beautiful than they are by sculpting their faces with make up - and of course it can also be used to to affect their looks to make them look worse. But in either case, remove the sculpting make up and you often won’t recognize the person revealed without the make up!
We humans appreciate beauty in Nature. What is this feeling? Why did it evolve? All animals are attracted sexually first throw the perception of the beauty. This is the way animals select each other. Plants that have flowers have to create flowers attractive to the bees. Their colours and forms have to attractive to the . bees vision and their chemical small has to be attractive to the bees. Beauty is what is attractive. What is attractive for an animal is what is well fitting for its life. A music that please someone, that feels good or is beautifull, is a music fullfilling the special needs of development of this individual. Great music do please a lot of people for common reasons. Our Nature understand what it needs not in rational terms but profoundly and express it throw our feelings which are our guides. It is true also in the arts of ideas, the art of expressing rational ideas. It is the sense of beauty which guide us to these profound ideas which our rational activities can articulated and be beautifully expressed.
In Nature it is the feelings which are the guides of all activities that need attentions because demanding high judgement and creativity. And among these feeling, beauty is the sign of the path towards the good.
“A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” ― Albert Einstein
“Our task must be to free ourselves... by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and it's beauty.” ― Albert Einstein
“A quiet secluded life in the country, with the possibility of being useful to people to whom it is easy to do good, and who are not accustomed to have it done to them; then work which one hopes may be of some use; then rest, nature, books, music, love for one's neighbor — such is my idea of happiness.” ― Leo Tolstoy,
Any untouched portion of the earth is explained as beauty of nature. Environment which is not contaminated is Nature and that has original beauty thereof.
Nature is a powerful witness and witness to the greatness of God's creation, plants in their colors, names and diverse places, predators, petals, beautiful and huge and small, birds of prey and other domesticated, fire and sedimentary rocks, salt seas, fresh lakes and rolling waves, high mountains, plains, small plateaus, Thunderstorms, thunderstorms, lightning, thunder, snow and cold, deep oceans, strong waterfalls, attractive beaches, thin flowers and lush trees. It is limited to the magnificence and grandeur of this creator who possesses all these wonderful paintings.
Nature is one of the things that man must preserve, because it gives us spirit, life and optimism, which is the most beautiful thing that our eyes see and live in our souls.
Human survival depends on ability to chose safe environments, as a matter of fact the perception of beauty, like planes, composition, "golden ration" are based on the nature of human perception, therefore consistent with the nature we perceive as beautiful.
With this of nature always appeal to entire environment as beauty of nature is Omni Potent offering all the inspiration to our mind & brain for beautifying the action of our life .
With this I have my publication under the captioned '' Nature is Omni Potent which I submit for your kind perusal .
Nature alone is already, without classification. The human mind is that it can classify nature as beautiful or ugly. And we know that everything has a beginning, a means and an evolutionary end in biology. Therefore, when man sought shelter and safety in certain landscapes, he found in places that are selectively beautiful. There would be greater certainty that these sites would provide greater security, so our brain recorded this information as "nice". That is why, nowadays, we feel good when contemplating a beautiful landscape.
The feeling and understanding of the beauty of nature arosed in the time of Romantc, see German and Enghlish romantic writers, see New-England Transcandalism in the first half of 19th century. That we are also responsible for protection of nature is a somewhat yonger idea. Romantic feelings don't explain so much, they are a feeling of being unified with nature - within nature.
Let me add something important: Also the Weimar Classic (Goethe, Schiller and other poets and writers) hat an intimate
feelig for the beaurty of nature. Being one with nature is a wonderful feeling. It has religious quality. A look into the starry sky and the vastness of the cosmos creates a deep sense of devotion, reverence and dependence. - Thanks for the beautiful photos!
