Formative Assessment can be done and the student learning gaps can be addressed immediately.

In Summative Assessment the teacher will be able to find the achievement of student performance or how many students were able to understand the concepts well.

Students are eager to attend all the interesting lectures and come forward to clarify their doubts with their favourite teacher.

Feedback taken after class and if improvements are made for the next class or next semester, it will be well appreciated by the students.

You have to ask your students to give feedback from your teaching style. We can find many possibilities to get feedback. If you will ask some control questions and the majority of your students can not to answer, your effectiveness is weak. In this case you have to explain again and ask them again until the answers become correct. I think first you have to teach the basic knowledge and after that you can go further. The difficulty is that every student has different knowledge and different motivation. Your teaching will become more effective, if you can find the way to every student, which is sometimes a big challenge in the bipolar teaching-learning process.

Are the students happy when you come to class? Do they look forward to you coming? Do they ask questions? If it is "yes" then you are successful.

Then, do they talk or get distracted during class? If no, you need to re-think your method.

By evaluation of teaching by taking a student feed back and that compare with student result.

Taking students feedback one of the best way to assess teaching is effective.

Before evaluation, teachers must have profound knowledge on particular topic that he/she teaches. Sometimes no need to ask for evaluation paper, you can see the glowing faces and eyes of the students, an indication of quality teaching.

If you have small group it's easy to know if your student understand the course,

but if you have a big group you should make an teaching evaluation by the students

As a teacher it remains our moral duty to keep our student with our teaching in a smiling effective under creation of confidence for our students .

It is in this line that students create themselves a confidence & for their problem 7 difficult they may directly meet their teacher for help & guidance . As a teacher we are imparting our student our training with all the explanation & necessary hints to all the student as a part of their study .As a teacher we have to observe how are the student react our teaching lesson which we also subsequently find in the regular progressive test & from their performance teacher can evaluate the student progress for the development & in a case where student require more explanation & understanding for the study part teachers can certainly help student in this direction .

A effective teaching could be identified from the interest and interaction of the student with the respective teacher. Always an effective teacher should attract their students by understanding their needs. In a class, there will be a good and weak students, the way you approach should attract both.

The best tip were already provided by many experts above, I would recommend you to teach any subject with simple examples that resides in their daily life. Only if they correlate the subject with their real life events will make them understand completely.

Immediate conceptual-based questioning after delivering the lecture & next day questioning regarding previous lectures will be effective to assess the student’s learning.
