How to treat GPNA drug in cancer cells?
I treated GPNA drug in cancer cells via a leading journal, but almost all cells was dead, so I thought that treatment of GPNA is pretreated followed by removed. Just I think.
I want to know accurate treatment method of GPNA.

Toxicity of substances depends on its concentration, the duration of treatment and also the type of cell line. I would suggest you at first to find the EC50 of GPNA in your used cell line (the concentration of GPNA that reduces cell viability by 50%). You should use different concentrations of GPNA and different durations of treatment (24 h, 48 h, 72 h etc.). Then you could choose the right concentration of GPNA that does not kill all your cells, and also the right duration of treatment.

Thanks for your opinion. I wonder one thing more. Whenever drugs such as inhibitors is used, is cytotoxicity test needed ?
