Have you installed the package before you load it? I am running the client and not RStudio, but I go up to Packages, Install Packages, Select My Server, and then search for the library to install (vegan in this case). Once it's installed, then try loading the library.

I tried it as you said.

Reinstall the package vegan and restrat the computer.

Okay now it runs correctly!

Swirl.

That can be install as a package in R, via Rstudio for instance!
