Find journal intersed in topic of your article, fulfill editorial requirements, and submit. Opinion of reviewers allow you to imptove it and resubmit or submit elsewhere.
Actually, you should talk with your supervisor and advisor, they may be of good help… and then there are many way to target journal…
if you want to have huge visibility, try an open access, but you would have to pay for than…
you may want a good impact factor, then chose accordingly…
try to know where you are sending prior to "translate" it, because every journal has its own editorial standart…
