How to resolve 23.5 kDa and 25 kDa proteins on SDSPAGE?

Hello All,

I would like to know how can I resolve my 2 proteins which is 23.5 kDa and 25 kDa sized. I tried 14% hand-casted, various pre-casted gels. Using 14% I could achieve only slight resolution (hardly 0.5-1 mm distanced resoled). I want to resolve it more than this (around 3-4 mm distanced).

I use 29:1 (acryl:bis) ratio. Buffer is conventional Tris-glycin buffer. Stacking and separating gel pH is accurately 6.8 & 8.8 respectively.

Any suggestions???
