How to report results on Nitric Oxide Scavenging Assay?

Hi all,

I would like to ask what is the best way to present findings on the nitric oxide scavenging (inflammatory) assay? IC50, percentage of inhibtion (%) OR nitrite equivalent (compared to sodium nitrite standard)?
