Hello everyone.
I was wondering if it is possible to reconstruct complete field of 1 well of a 96-well plate if we have 3 or 4 images covering the entire field ? Basically, even though I could observe almost complete well in the eye piece at 4x objective, however, the camera could only take picture of smaller region. Is there any software available that could be used to reconstruct image of complete well from multiple smaller images of same well ?
I am observing GFP fluorescence of cells under microscope in a 96-well format.
I've used Photoshop to do this kind of image stitching, but ImageJ has a stitching plug-in. Maybe you would also want to apply distortion correction if you are seeing imperfect alignment at the overlaps.
