you first need to study the nature of this compound, then use a gradient of both polar and non polar solvents for its isolation using column chromatography. Running TLCs side by side of the fractions obtained will further strengthen your process of isolation. Generally we use a gradient of hexane and ethyl acetate for isolation of the compounds from a given plant extract, but you can try various solvents.
